This weekend I made mujaddara, shakshuka, a tahini, lemon, garlic yoghurt sauce and massaman curry with tofu. Oh, and I also made a pear ginger quickbread with dark chocolate chips. All of these choices were the correct life choices. NOM.

I've been making lentil soups lately instead of veggie chilis, and this week I made chili for the first time in months.

Yesterday I made myself a peppers and monterey jack quiche. It's fine, but too liquidy - the peppers were very enthusiastic and I put in a lot of them. I should've cooked them first, but was hungry and being lazy. Ah well. It's still tasty, and has plenty of vegetables. :)

I took a baked potato and sliced it and put the slices onto pizza crust. (The other toppings went on top of it.)

It probably wanted some bechamel kind of sauce rather than just garlic-infused olive oil, too, and maybe that would've helped the potato adhere better.
