Areforming. At least that would be my choice. The etymology doesn't quite line up, but Terra forming is making it Earth like, so Ares forming would be making it Mars like. Having obtained driving licences in several US states over the years as well as in the UK, all I can say is that if US drivers had to pass the UK driving test (suitably adjusted for US driving) right now , a large majority would fail.
