It's a terrible bit of economics, too.

Because ISPs would then have to 'guess' what they might be sued by, and block pretty much any unknown IP address.

It's a mess, as are most plans to censor the internet.

EMTs are also not paramedics. Like I said, what they can do is limited - and easily overruled by the police officers. This is why we shouldn't use EMTs at times, this being one of them.

Still depends! I've smelled stuff that is indistinguishable from skunk cabbage (mostly hydroponics) and that which smelled like sandalwood and catnip (dry grown in Oregon).

In many jurisdictions, EMTs are not allowed to record someone as dead. They have to wait for a doctor to make that determination.

But similarly, what they can do for someone that appears dead is limited.

The new Lightning cable that Apple uses isn't keyed, and has rounded edges. It's very easy to put in, in the dark. The laptops use MagSafe, a magnetic connector. They're awesome. You literally cannot damage the connector by pulling on it. It's also not keyed, and easy to put in while blinded. -Crissa
