Re: Do You Like Songs for the Lyrics or the Music?

The singing, actually. I had originally thought "both!" but then realized why I don't like the Rolling Stones: I hate hate hate hate his voice. Then the lyrics come after that. If they are inane (I love you, I do/do you love me too?) I will maybe be able to stomach it if the music is decid...

Re: Post YOUR music here (Merged : The Rainbow Correction)

I am now in a band known as The Infamous Ocean-Borns. We are like some kind of nautical punk cabaret band with an extra dose of pretentious. The Decemberists hit head on with the Dresden Dolls and most of Amanda Palmer's piano skills transferred to Colin Meloy. It's more of an experiment right now, ...

Farming is my next issue.
My dwarves are starving (some to death) because of it.
EDIT: By this I mean I have no idea how to go about it because the tutorial on the wiki is useless.

My dwarves are thirsty and the workshop was cluttered. How do I fix these things? I destroyed the workshop and built a new one over the old one. Then I may or may not have accidentally flooded a small section of fortress....

I find that different people sit very differently at pianos.
I tend to hunch over it as though I were some evil scientist concocting a musical plan. Say, like, Lex Luthor here.
Chris Martin humps his piano, and Amanda Palmer fornicates with them. A downward spiral this world is in.

one thing about these games is that they teach about rhythm and coordination, sure, but they don't teach the importance of technique. Play as loudly or softly as you want and it's the same score. If you play the drums loudly at the wrong times in a band I'm in you'll get shouted at. (This is necess...

A very dead-looking body would probably have the same temperature as things around, whether it is zombie or human. If it's walking at you, it's either a zombie or a quisling 1 .
