Re: "Movie Narrative Charts" Discussion

Alright, I saw this comic this morning, and was perplexed by Primer. I went to Blockbuster, which as it turns out, is going out of business, so EVERYTHING was for sale, and they had one copy of Primer, and I got it and took it home, and I just got through watching it, and I have to say that I believ...

Re: "Etch-a-Sketch" Discussion

How come nobody posted a "My [someone] died in an Etch-a-sketch [something]. Not clever/funny/etc."? sje must not be feeling well today. What are you implying, huh? That I am one of those people who get offended about everything, that I have no sense of humor? I am a bleak, miserable douc...

Re: "I Know You're Listening" Discussion

Did anyone ever have a "Truman" moment when they were young, like the world existed just to study you and your every move? Or was I just crazy When I used to read aus.tv on usenet, there was a bloke who suffered from this. He called himself "The Truman" and complained about how ...

Also, for some reason, I imagine a really deep voice at the end, like James Earl Jones or something.

Re: "A-Minus-Minus" Discussion

I presumed the chair he was sitting on was the office chair he'd been correctly sent, and he was "returning" a bobcat to the seller. Though I doubt very much you could carry on doing this one time in 30. A 97% feedback rating is pretty dire for ebay. People will check why your feedback's ...

Re: What are you readioactive now(and other book related stuff)?

I've read Running with Scissors and Possible Side Effects, both by Augusten Burroughs and I'm currently reading Dry, which is also by him. I reccomend them to everyone who understand sophisticated fart jokes (Not really, but they are extremely funny, while at the same time depressing).

1. Find some alcohol-based liquid (alcohol will work fine, but you probably want to dilute it a bit). 2. Cover hand in said liquid. 3. Light hand on fire. 4. Wave hand to extinguish fire. (Optional) I've done that before. I have really thick skin on the heel of my foot, so I poured perfume over tha...

You know, I didn't know the names of either of the songs, but I recognized the first one. I do this all the time. I have really long nails too, so I end up with a couple of different sounds when I tap my fingers. Also works to do it on the edge of the table, tapping the side sounds different than t...

Maybe we could meet at Microsoft!
Or possibly at Steve Ballmer's house.
I live near Seattle, so any time would be good, as long as I had enough advance warning.

Mystery Science Theater 3000 (MST3K)

Well, I just got a blast from the past. I was wandering through my library the other day and I saw MST3K on the shelf. I remembered how much I loved it and I checked it out and watched all 4 episodes when I got home. What the show is is basically one guy and his robot friends (don't ask) watching th...

Hi everyone! My name is Daniel Guybrush and I am an alcoholic. I have been sober for almost a year now, so shower me with applause. I am only 16, so try not to use too many big words or complicated math equations around me, as it may scare me and cause my mind to implode on itself. I enjoy piña cola...
