is there a way to integrate over delta functions on a TI 89, I've tried defining h(x)=when(x=0,[infinity symbol],0)

Many languages already have phonetic spelling (e.g. dutch and Spanish). It works because they have more defined phonetics. They don't have too many exceptions in their pronunciation rules.
