I believe that according to Einstein, the speed of light is deemed as constant in all reference frames. Correct me if I am wrong about that. Underwater Square [oceanography]

A few weeks ago i found a very peculiar underwater feature on google maps, and it has really been bothering me. Its a giant underwater square in the Atlantic Ocean off the coast of West Africa. Its at 31.377089,-24.560852 on google maps. It is at least 50 X 50 miles, way too big to be man made. It a...

I was actually just trying to figure out if my $150 calculator could it. http://xkcd.com/768/ As opposed to my similarly-costing smartphone which can contact Wolfram Alpha which will happily integrate it for me. That's if I don't take the time to install a half-decent computer-algebra system on it....

dirac delta functions on TI 89

is there a way to integrate over delta functions on a TI 89, I've tried defining h(x)=when(x=0,[infinity symbol],0)

but when i integrate over it I get 0, and it should give me 1. Anyone know how to properly define a delta function on TI 89??

1 usd = 10^17 thrid gen ZD 1 usd = 100,000 fourth gen ZD (retrieved from wikipedia + recalculations) so I'm assuming you have 3rd gen, which would mean 10^15 (100trillion) ZD's = .01 USD. I need help with this limit problem. I already know the answer, but I'm not sure what the next step in this limit problem should be

let b be an arbitrary real number
lim n->inf (nb+b-1)/(n+b-1)

The answer is b , but i don't know how to get from this statement to the answer.
