Must it be a minivan? Why not a station wagon? I'm not sure if Honda still makes thier Accord wagon but my buddy has an older one that gets great gas mileage, has a bit of pep, fits his 6'4"/250 pounds of manflesh, kids, strollers, wifey and all comfortably, and he didn't need to hand his balls...
