Re: Endless Space

Where can I find a playable version, do I need to sign up for "creating games2gether"? Roughly, what percentage of your play time do you spend on micromanagement compared to important decisions? My apologies, I should have noted down that I got it off steam - unfortunately there's no demo...

Endless Space

Well, I did a search and couldn't find a thread about Endless Space (unless the place has been afflicted with a mispeling vyrus or something) so figured I'd womble in and create one. For anyone who hasn't heard about it - or who has heard about it but subsequently forgotten - Endless Space is a turn...

Re: I need a book recommendation (Renamed : Recom'd me a boo

Hopefully a quick one: I recently read 'Three Men in a Boat" by Jerome k. Jerome (no idea why I haven't read it before) and loved it, but on looking through a few other books & short stories of his I had hanging around on my e-book reader I found that most didn't really have the same style....

Re: No Real 'Recon' Classes in Games

Guys, saw this thread and just had to pop into it - if anyone's got a copy of Battlefield 2 it's well worth your while downloading Project Reality for it (http://www.realitymod.com/). Now, I've never played an armed forces-style game that comes close to reality, and PR doesn't really do that either ...

Re: Let's ACTUALLY listen to each other's music!

I love these vocals. It's definitely an acquired taste, but any kind of extreme vocals are more of an instrument than a melody..."thing". In many of the harder metal genres you already have a lot of un-melodic passages, so the stretch between that and also enjoying these kinds of vocals a...
