I live near the Brighton area, which is just outside of Boston. Apartments hear are bout $2000 month for a 2 bedroom and include heat and water. One bedrooms are about $1200.

I got into Boston College with a 3.4 (unweighted) and a 1340 on the SATs (this was before the new section when it was out of 1600). Its the whole package, extracurriculars and such that get you in. You won't have a problem getting into any of the Universities you listed
