Re: PATA-PON

Patapon can only be described as the bastard love child of crack and meth in a video game form.

I'm HORRIBLE at the game and I can't stop playing. ;-;

Yay for early copies.

I vote a squad of Wikipedian Protestors. Also, Pie, I think he meant come and chill in Baltimore for a while. Cause we all know there are large parts of Otakon filled with boredom and nothingness (which I usually fill with wasting money in the Dealer's Room) LARP is win. I plan to, you know, actuall...

Re: Otakon 2008

It may be a bit premature to figure on a day and time. But, I don't think Thursday after badges is a good idea. It ends up being pretty late night for most people (in Baltimore, no less), and... some folks don't have hotels in the area, or aren't planning on doing Thursday badge pick-up. I think Sa...

We've had no news since late last year, except that the Otakorp president has stepped down for personal reasons. My friend, you make it seem like that was a long time ago. Are you forgetting it's only late January? :) Regardless, to put this thread back to the original purpose and not get too offto...

"Live-a-live" for the snes -- I've never heard of it at all, just found it randomly on a ROM site a loooong time ago. It was never brought to the USA (sadly.) AGTP translated it a long while ago. Most bigger rom sites should have a copy. Also note: Amazing game. All of the characters feel...

Re: Interesting D&D Stories

Salvatore gave lots of examples of Drow doing exactly this. I've never accused Salvatore of being a good writer. Mainly because he isn't. I would hardly call Drizzt as describe in Homeland as a "damn wanker" I thought he was a great character. "Hay guyz i made a drow that lived in te...

I'm located inside of MD in a place called Pasadena (Glen Burnie, depending on how far down the street you walk), which is about 20mins from Baltimore, so I'll be cheap and driving in. :) Last year I stayed at a hotel 20-30 minutes away from the convention center. Depends on how much he blipped :P

The sensible Paladin would just demand he turn himself into the local authorities really.

Reasons I don't play Paladins: I like to make attack rolls when I feel like it. Lawful and I don't get along too well.

Very few people realize that it is the sequel to Myst. Isn't it literally called 'Riven: The Sequel to Myst'? I would have to say Beyond Good and Evil and Psychonauts. Both were fantastic games. I'm growing to like Noah more and more, despite how quite evil he's been so far. I was shouting "DO IT! DO IT!" at my screen when he was pointing the gun at Bob, and cheered when I saw Claire's blood in the IV. =D Noah isn't EVIL per se... After a long, lenghty discussion on the D&D a...
