One more expert-level tip:

Try using the Buddy System. If you partner with another tornado, one of you can mess up a neighborhood, and then the other can come through a half hour later and take out the emergency response crews.

There were real problems when the S&P 500 got cross connected with the USGS seismic network. Having the market track Asian and South American quakes was bad enough, but then the signals started going the other way...

Sort of hard to get a lighter than air blimp when the air is already mostly hydrogen. Probably need a hot air blimp and that takes continual energy.
