Only just noticed that Aliens Versus Predator Classic 2000 is available for £1.99. I know the original game(s) have fans, so is the updated version worth it?

This is going to sound odd, but am I the only one disappointed by the plot? When the game was announced, I had visions of playing as a Jedi and having to survive the Purge against increasing odds. The fact that you're actually playing as someone hunting Jedi seems like a cop-out.
