Am I the only one tempted to use this as a flirting method?
To heck, I will try this out someday!

Re: Studying in the UK.
Really appreciate the input so far, Specially the site Bigglseworth mentoined. I'm aware I'm not egilible for maintenance support. However I get that support from the Netherlands, if the university is acknowledged. Which I'm confident about, but would require confirmation. Other then that the best a...

Studying in the UK.
Hi there, Since I was 16 I looked forward to study at a university in Scotland. Now that the time is come I’m looking around. But one thing has scared me. The tuition fees. ‘At Edinburgh Napier you will pay tuition fees of £6,500 per year - a total of £26,000 if you study for four years.’ Myself ori...

Re: Social experiment
Talking about the Netherlands, there is a foreigner who keeps a block to tell about weird stuff dutch people like. http://stuffdutchpeoplelike.com/complete-list/ That is his perspective, and down below are the comments that can give slightly more detailed information. I'm not really sure if that hel...

Re: Postify your facerity
You're correct, Arthurs seat is what we were facing. We just made a large walk from Arthurs seat to hollyrood, and back. I guess that name just stuck with me.

I'm not that drunk, it's cold outside, and it took a while to get home, but it should still count because, I'm surely over the legal limit. We just planned on playing pool which just us 2 guys. Later a girl joined though, and it turned out to be a €120,- night of pool, on a monday evening! Afterward...

Re: Awesome Student Quotes
So I used to have a guy and a girl in my class, that consisted of 8 persons, that had to argue and disagree with everything. One day the boy left the class to go to the bathroom. And the girl starting to complain that the guy was getting more crazy by the day. Exactly when she finished the sentence,...

Re: Failing basic arithmethics issue+coping with such failur
Wouldn't that be dyscalculia? Yes it would. Also in terms of stress, what really seems to help is to take 5 minuts to write about the upcoming tests, how you feel about it etc. Studies showed that on average grades where 0.5 points higher on a scale from 1-10. And I must say I surely did help for me.

Re: Heroes of Might and Magic VI
Homm3 is still the best, followed by homm 2. We all know Homm4 was completely off the charts but the campaigns were fun imo. I never played much homm5 I didn't like it. That being said I quite enjoy Homm6 The only big downside for me is the lack of maps, I suppose there could be some new dl able out...

Re: Confessional Shed - I'll keep a look-out
Confession: I like to think we are controlled by aliens. Controlled in the sort of The Sims however more detailed, so they can control my arm movement completely etc. But before they could do that, they would undergo a test. This tests means that for the duration of the test you (the actual living y...

Re: How does your school system work?
One thing I'm curious about is how the specialisation/generalisation balance in school (pre-university) years is handled in other countries' education systems. In England, you do ~10 subjects for GCSE at age 16, then specialise quite heavily (if you continue at school) to 3-4 subjects at GCE level:...
