Re: Annoying words, and Words You Hate

I hate the combinations of letters 'obligate' and 'obligated'... they are not words, nor have I ever felt obliged to use them as such.
Politically, I can't stand jerrymandering- such a silly word, I feel.

Re: "Delivery" Discussion

There is a clear groundhog day reference in this, the day, and the movie. This is evident in the careful choice of the doctors words, as well as in their delivery. (pun probably intended). That is the core of this strip's humour and why i giggle a little louder every time i think about it. The syrin...

Re: "Delivery" Discussion

Hmm... interesting one today. I too fear I am missing a reference behind this one, unless it is as shallow as it appears. Its as if the entire joke rests in the pun in the alt text... I wonder is there any point in being able to remember the moment of ones birth- on the whole, it cant have been too ...

Re: "Stove Ownership" Discussion

Bacon is good, but at my uni i have no access to frying pans or ovens, hence my bacon needs are going unfulfilled. I have have since managed to compensate for this by combining lollies and jelly crystals with nutella, or sometimes just glazed cherries. Deliciously diabetic. By the way... Mi Goreng F...

Re: "Stove Ownership" Discussion

Must resist random late-night Cheetos urges... Resistance is futile. And chips of any kind at any time are a perfectly acceptable substitute for the nagging hunger pangs you know will subside with sleep. Conveniently located food is a wondrous thing. Bacon at the push of a button is the pinnacle of...

Re: "Cheap GPS" Discussion

Great comic... I think I am the only person on this thread to be blessed with a good sat-nav system, but I definitely appreciate the sentiment of this- it reminds me of driving with someone in the passenger seat who doesn't know left from right... constantly frustrating and ultimately counter-produc...

Re: "Anti-Mindvirus" Discussion

I still don't know if I actually did win. I was hoping this forum would offer some insight. I entered into a contract with The Game with my own free will and of my own volition. I agreed to the rules as outlined and played... (is happily the right word) for some time. The game itself was not a sourc...
