What? No adopted pet images? Cyberpets were the REASON I learned HTML back in the day!

Also, needs more tiled background image that isn't meant to tile. :D

I'm reminded of Arrested Development, but can't remember the exact quote. :(

It's the one where Gob opens his own banana stand. Something along the lines of "The Banana Stand that WON'T beat you up and take your money!"

Re: "Scribblenauts" Discussion

I love this game so much - my roommate and I spent a couple hours each just playing on the start screen. Of course, as soon as I saw this comic I had to go try it myself and giggle madly at the results! At the moment, I'm most disturbed by making a dingo and a baby and watching the dingo eat the bab...

Re: "Papyrus" Discussion

Overall, though, I find readability trumps most design concerns. Technically, readability IS a design concern. Or at least should be for any project with copy that's intended to be read. It's not too hard to design something that's both readable and aesthetically pleasing. (Well...it's not if you'r...

Oh, good, I'm NOT the only person who feels compelled to swear aloud anytime they see Papyrus. I freaking HATE that font. Not because it's over-used. Not because 'every other designer hates it.' But because 99% of the time when it's used, it's used INCORRECTLY. There is almost never a legitimate des...

It's been a while since I've done multiplayer in that game, so you're probably right.

And when I said Bubble Bobble, I was thinking of Bust-a-Move DS. I unfortunately have no idea of the state of Bubble Bobble's multiplayer. ^^;

Hey, I LIKE being a shy guy in mario kart ds! Bubble Bobble DS has multiplay off one cart, as does Bomberman DS. Both extremely fun! Other than that, everything else that comes to mind offhand has already been mentioned. Watch out for the Elite Beat Agents suggestion though - that game is amazing, b...

Just an update: Seems it was my secondary data drive clicking. Once I disconnected it those problems all went away. Just glad it wasn't my sata. D<

Also, seems either my gpu fan or heatsink fan is going, but that's another issue. blerg.

Thanks for the replies, guys! :)

I built this computer a while back, and have had no problems with it. After the 'click' my OS freezes on shutdown, and rarely jus...

Bookmarks! Mostly not proper ones, though. I'm such a packrat and generally disorganized, so there's pretty much always something handy that can work as a bookmark. Tags off of shirts, movie ticket stubs, old mail, you name it. Dog ears would drive me insane. Putting a book facedown for an extended ...

Yeah, a split at this point is prolly a good idea: but to upload mp3's, I ended up having to get the Motorola Phone Tools program. A regular usb to mini-usb cord should work fine. Also, some providers lock out features on their phones to try to get people to pay extra for them. >P
