Re: Woman Thread - Holds 5% more blue liquid than other brands!

Oh, something I have noticed - but it could just be me - is that Shark Week doesn't always start as soon as I stop taking the placebo pills. This time it took about 4 days to start and it has taken longer. I'm not sure if this is from me skipping the placebos or just my body in general, though. My ...

Re: Woman Thread - Holds 5% more blue liquid than other brands!

Thanks for the info everyone. :) The leaflet that came with my pills doesn't mention skipping periods at all. I think I might go with the period every 3-4 months idea. I should talk to my doctor about using a brand that's designed to only allow periods 3 or 4 times a year, and maybe think about gett...

Re: Woman Thread - Holds 5% more blue liquid than other brands!

You could use the bleeding-skipping doohickey and scare the everloving fuck outta your boytoy if you were feeling particularly sadistic  Hah. Considering how terrified I've been during real pregnancy scares, I have no wish to inflict that on anyone, let alone my guy. You're right, the pill...

I haven't read through much of this thread, so I apologise if I'm repeating a topic, but it is a really big thread. :P I'm on the pill and sexually active. I was wondering if anybody knows of any side effects caused by skipping the placebo pills, thereby skipping your periods. I've been thinking tha...

Re: Melbourne meet-up?

1.30pm sounds good to me, are we agreed on that?

There's the botanic gardens near Flinders, we could go there and pick up our picnic food independently beforehand. Or we could meet up at Southern Cross as suggested... though I don't know of any parks near there.

Hmm. Looks like the 29th/30th weekend is marginally more popular, so let's go with Sunday 30th of November. If anyone can think of some activities to do I'd really appreciate it. I didn't actually think that part through when making the suggestion. :/

I was thinking any of the last 3 weekends in November (15th-16th, 22nd-23rd, 29th-30th), whichever of those suits the most people. I know...

Well, I propose that if we try out this geohashing thing, that we simply pick out the best of the four possible locations. Either that or we rotate through them, but it seems to me like it would be more enjoyable to have a selection.

It's mentioned earlier, but I cannot stand it when people over-use the word "random", and use it incorrectly. It's a perfectly acceptable word as it is, but the way people use it just drives me insane. Argh!

Also, I rather like "moist" for its sexual implications. It's a fun word.
