Actually, it is important to know where to find the options menu and how to recognize it (it may be disguised as either "settings" or "preferences" and can be hidden under any of File, Edit, or Tools).

That's probably the hardest part of most of the tech support I do.

Actually, there probably aren't too many people who would want to see a show based on the black hole idea. People would either be expecting the show to be very dangerous or very boring. Of course, there are probably a few people who would want it done just to scare the people in the first group.
