Re: 2068: "Election Night"

Oh, this gets better. The rest of the front page of the 30 October issue includes: "MUST CARRY SMALL SATCHELS: New Rule Limiting Amount of Baggage in Wagner Cars. New York Oct 29. In the eyes of the travelling man the crime of '73 has been outdone by the crime of the Wagner Palace Car company i...

In fact I've probably met people from every other industry under the sun OTHER than physical science. Some of my friends like BDSM, and four of them are physicists (three are still at universit...

Re: 1015: "Kerning"

For some archaic reason, many pubs in the UK still close around midnight, even on a Saturday night.

So, this photo was taken at 00:35, very close to Camden High Street, London:

Re: 988: "Tradition"

The closest equivalent list for the UK (20 most played christmas songs, 2000-2009, sourced by PPL - the broadcast licensors) can be found here: http://www.ppluk.com/en/About-Us/News/Press/All-I-Want-For-Christmas-Is-You-announced-as-the-PPL-most-played-Christmas-song-of-the-decade/ Here's the chart...
