Probably true, but it would also make it easier. Maybe integers 0-13 would be a better set to use.

But it does explain why one number is before another number, and after another number. Perhaps pattern was not the most accurate term to use, order may be a better way to put it. Every integer could be in this set, there are an infinite number of numbers between each two members that are not include...

What helped me with this one was making a list of all the possibilities.

Spoiler:
B/B (Black-Black, first side up)
B/B (Black-Black, second side up)
B/W (Black-White, Black side up)

So, if the first letter is B, there is a 2/3rds chance the second letter is also B.
