Record the DR DEBUG display with a video camera and play it back slowly to get the codes that flash quickly. It's not necessarily bad RAM; the Sandy Bridge memory controllers may get fried by using memory with a voltage over 1.5, but I've not seen a reputable test of this. If it complains about the ...

I feel like I'm missing something. Does this require Biblical knowledge, or is it a cultural reference I don't know of? (I know about Adam and Eve, I'm not that out of the loop.)

What bothered me about the comic is that I thought Hat Guy was supposed to be smart and would avoid prison. Instead he just either killed a bunch of people willingly in public or he killed them unwillingly. At least if he had pulled his crossbow the comic would had been much more amusing. The alt-t...

320kbps is absolutely pointless- you're using almost as much space as lossless without getting the main benefits of lossless (e.g. being able to transcode from it to any future codec with no worries). Not even close. For a very long song- Atlas Air by Massive Attack for example, it's 16MB. A FLAC v...

No. For that you need your entire library to be completely lossless. Bonus if it's not compressed. Until someone starts a lossless online store with all 4 major labels on board, I'm gonna have to stick to 320kbps MP3s. I rarely like entire albums, so buying CDs just to get lossless music doesn't ma...
