Do the little things right, become masters of them, then move on to bigger things. You can do it. The best thing you can do is learn how to cook, because if you can cook healthy, tasty food, it won't seem like you are dieting.

Set sustainable goals. Saying you are going to lose 20lbs a month would be crazy, but if you do a steady 4 a month, in a year that's almost 50.

My advice to you, if you are only going to train with weights once a week, make sure you take a set, or two to absolute failure. Get a spotter if possible. I wouldn't recommend this if you were training more often, but since you are not, it makes sense.

For some reason, at least once a month, I have nightmares of getting crushed by a house or something. I always wake up belligerent. It doesn't make sense. I must have a fear of being buried alive.

Sometimes I go to Mcdonalds and they mess up my order everytime. Once they know you get mad easily, they will do it every time. They don't care about their jobs.
