Sadly I got that far. Anyone beat me?

Can't really be bothered hanging around here if the mods are snarky.

This cartoon made me realise that I've only ever seen MC Hammer in cartoon form... I have no idea what he actually looks like.

We're not being foolish, we're being subjective.

This has probably been mentioned before, but movies/shows that have sound traveling in space. I mean, that's just silly! Oh, this reminds me of the occasional news report where they add sound effects , or shift the timeline of a clip slightly so that something that is seen a long distance away coin...

I hate magazines that use the word 'shock' on the cover. "Jennifer Aniston SHOCK migraine SHOCK!" I hate it when sub-literate authors like Dan Brown are quoted on the covers of books as if they're authorities on literature. "I can't write to save myself, and yet somehow putting my nam...

You've probably seen this before, but I liked it so much I pasted it into my LiveJournal — a rare honour for a joke! An engineer, a biologist and a mathematician are observing a building. They see 2 people walk in and, after a while, 3 people walk out. Trying to explain how this could be possible,...

Film not for you, eh? What about theatre? It's much less bastardized than film (because audience numbers are so much smaller). I got my minor in drama...good fun. It's funny, the project I enjoyed most at Film School was the one that involved theatre... in all the purely film projects I worked on I...

256 is my favourite number, and I tend to use whenever I have to write a fictitious number.

That's why I liked this comic.

thomsedavi, i believe that in 7 years time, i will probably be you. it's even in the name... My name is from the university computer system where they took the first six letters of your last name and the first four or your first name to create your username. I spent years trying to think of a cool,...

Also, I am 25 and male.

There's something about an introductions thread that makes me feel comfortable about talking about myself. It's allowed, and I know no one is ever going to read what I write here. Ever. It's permissible self-obsession. Anyway, I studied English Literature and Film for three years. Then I decided the...

One of the computers had a rather boring background so I loaded it into Paint and drew a little stick figure standing in the corner urinating and put it back as the background. At first he was going to be fishing ...
