So yesterday you ate nothing until dinner? That certainly can't be healthy, and it wont help you with your goals on the long term.

DirectX compatibility issue

I'm currently learning the ropes of DirectX and since my main computer runs Windows XP I use DirectX 9.0c. I wanted to be able to run the programs I make in my Vista laptop, but since it currently has directX 10, the program wont even run on account of lacking dll's. So my question is: if I can run ...

The funny thing is, if I sleep between 7 and 8 hours, I'll wake up feeling like I haven't slep enough, but it's the amount of time that will keep me in a better mood and functioning better all day. If I sleep more I'll just feel lazy all the time. Just need to overcome those first 15 minutes.

Some of those workouts seem pretty brutal. Anyone here do them and practice any other sport? For example, if I did today's WOD (400m of walking lunges) I would certainly be running way less in tennis practice. How do you go around that? Get more rest days in?

The way I see it, Not Sylar ends up killing the Knife Guy, personality clash ensues, Sylar goes on rampage, new personality clash, Nathan wins and after a little bit of tension relief time, Sylar makes Matt return him to his body thus smashing all the inner fight arc. Also, now that Peter can heal, ...

It'd be fun if Nathan started cutting himself while shaving or something like that and going 'wtf' when he healed himself. I don't know why you're so anti helmet promotion campaigns. They have every right to promote the products they sell, and every right to make money from them. I find this argument always funny, like the bike helmet or safety belts one. Now a helmet... it might not be the most comfortable thing in the wor...

They only require 11 push ups? I expected the army to want more. Regular practice and in four/five weeks you'll be past that number easily and if you don't get lazy, you'll get all of that last standard in way less than six months. Set your own standards after that :)
