I HAVE A PREDICTION!! By the time all is over there will be exactly 336 pages to this thread. Nah, 360 pages :) Either that, or 360 frames to the animation... ...at which point it will have gone full circle :D I think you'll find it went full circle very early, after approximately 6.283 frame.

There are some tideless oceans. I don't know much about them, though. I believe the Mediterranean is virtually non-tidal. A quick check on Wikipedia reveals Being nearly landlocked affects conditions in the Mediterranean Sea: for instance, tides are very limited as a result of the narrow connection...
