Mogwai - Yes! I am a long way from home

Ive been listening to nothing but post-rock and post-metal and the like for the past few days. I can't believe I had to pass up the Melvins/Isis show last night. I'm going to regret that for a long time...

How Awesome would it be if X covered Y?

I got the idea after listening to Les Claypool and his fearless flying frog brigade positively nail Pink Floyd's Animals. Pick one classic album, and if you could have one band cover it, in its entirety, who would you choose? For starters, The Mars Volta doing King Crimson's In the Court of the Crim...

One's an acoustic trio, with an electric bassist. We play kind of folky stuff, Jack Johnson vibes, lot of jazzy stuff thrown in because...

Re: Fleeting/Random/Thoughts (now with 20% more fungus!)

I rarely play Yugioh at school, and today reinforced why. I played my friend with a deck I borrowed. About 4 turns in, he special summons Dragon Master Knight(5000 ATK). I was heartbroken at that moment. Then, he tributes it for Great Maju Garzett, which gains double the attack of the sacrificed car...

Wanna trade? I'd much rather spend time outside than in a cramped, sweaty gym. At least on a hike you get scenery, quiet, and a sense of accomplishment, as opposed to hours worth of bad music pumped into your eardrums, the dreary setting, and completely L4D tank-esque everyone else.
