It could go on forever but you'd need a microscope to see it as the triangles get smaller..

I kinda ment the term for these figures and if there was a way to calculate how these figures form, like fractals.

Not really a puzzle, but is there a mathematical formula/rule for the kinds of figures that become infinitely small? and does it apply to different shapes?
