Re: Bad Sex in Literature Award

Sad thing is one of my favorite writers (Kinoko Nasu) is pretty much only ineligible for this due to not being originally English language or a print novel. Excellent writer, other than the worst sex scenes I've read ever (with copious seafood metaphors.) Seriously, I have gotten physically nauseate...

Having said that, I think it's not necessarily useful to argue intent, since changing times may require changing interpretations if the political structure makes it quasi-impossible to change the constitution itself. I don't know why, but this sentence bugs me a bit too much internally. What I've p...

The problem is that being elected doesn't assure you can do well at the other job, or want to. The meta-problem is no other form of government works any better. Why do you say that the current (for all intents and purposes) two party representative democratic government works better than other form...

Okay, can somebody explain the difference between those two versions? All I see is two capitalizations and a period, and they don't even change the meaning of the sentence. Because that would be extraordinarily lame, if the interpretation of an amendment was changed due to grammar arguments.

I'm not completely sure about "NetBeans-ish like highlighting", but Eclipse has a C++ "mode / plugin" that works very well. In fact, the only thing that I like in Visual Studio over Eclipse is the debugger. (Both VS2010 and Eclipse have "pre-compile" error detection). ...
