Re: guys growing long hair

I used to have long hair and you really just get used to the annoyance. I buzzed my head not too long ago and I don't plan on ever growing it back out again, it's just too much of a hassle.

Re: Thought/Emotion Evoking Games

Just from the game description you gave and past games you've played, I'd immediately suggest Fallout 3. If you find yourself really liking it you could also try playing the first 2 Fallout games. Edit: I just noticed your computer specs, you may have trouble playing Fallout 3. You could try playing...

Mine would be Diablo 2. That was my first introduction into online gaming and I played the shit out of it.

Re: Should I sell my 360 and get a PS3?

If you value any type of multiplayer experience, keep the 360. The PS3 will never amount to what Microsoft has so easily constructed and monopolized, the online console gaming community. Although, if you are purely after single player games and have NO intent on multiplayer, I'd suggest the PS3. The...

Re: Best game of 2008-09?

But the ending didn't help. In fact, I'd say the game is better if you skip the ending. I probably agree, but I'm not trying to say it was a perfect game, just that it was better than the rest out there. I'll also go with L4D, Wrath of the Lich King, and GTA4. Man I really didn't play too much this...

I like the word level, for the symmetry. Also I'm fond of the word absolutely, not quite sure why on that one.

Re: Little editing mistakes that drive you up the wall

As far as grammatics go... I absolutely cannot STAND when people misuse a/an. There were posters all over my campus that read, "Win a 80 gb ipod!" ... I wanted to tear them all down... This. I also CAN NOT STAND when people use the word good where well should be used. I hate it so much.

Never breaking routine. This is really the main tool to getting past the mental workout barrier. You really have to strive to not cheat yourself in the gym, there are days when you won't want to go and you try to convince yourself you shouldn't. You need to absolutely avoid breaking routine, routine...

Re: Recommend ME a game (Merged:Several Similar Threads)

For an "epic single-player campaign", I'd recommend Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion, as long as your system can handle it. I tried this but I always find a lack of things to do with single player RPGs. I kinda look at it from the point of, I could play this RPG by myself or I could play an MMO...

Re: Lie To Me

After watching the first episode, overall I liked it. However, I can see this type of show just turning in to another crime show, it almost seemed as a "Monk" write-off. The character development was a little weak, but maybe it will improve in the next episodes.

Re: Do you shut your superabacus down at night?

I usually leave mine on all day and just wake it up when I need to use it. On the note of starting vs. keeping a computer on, I've had my main desktop for about 5 years now and I have shut it down less than 20 times and it still runs beautifully.

Re: How do I fix this? (Keyboard)

http://www.laptoprepair101.com/laptop/2007/03/20/key-fell-off-keyboard/ Should be close to the same for your keyboard..Basically you just have to get the retainers in line for the key to stay flush. If that still doesn't work I probably wouldn't suggest glue, as that seems extremely hard to get righ...

Re: Stephen Colbert vs. Jon Stewart

Colbert has a persona that he sticks to throughout the show which gets a bit irritating. I find it funnier that Stewart usually tries to play the one with sense when talking to his "analysts" or "reporters" on the scene. Also, Jon Stewart made Colbert, so that holds some weight. ...

Bourne definitely if it came down to hand to hand combat. But I think Bond has a bit more of a budget when it comes to tanks/weapons/crazy shit, and I'm assuming that Bond is Daniel Craig who is my favorite Bond of recent.

I vote a pure Physics concentration or general Engineering...I'm in Computer Science now and I definitely am not enjoying the Engineering classes. I agree with what was said before in that Engineering degrees require you to consume information and utilize it, rather than memorize and spit it back out.

I would have to agree with previous posters, your diet seems very restrictive. Merely reducing what you eat on a daily basis and increasing your exercise time will show big improvements.
