Re: [SAFESPACE] Woman Thread - #sharkweek on irc.foonetic.net

Haven't been around because these fora are just too busy for my tastes, but the woman thread was the first place that came to mind for advice. Apparently, my flow (approx. 250 mL on the third day of Shark Week) is three times heavier than the upper limit of normal (10-80 mL.) I don't think I have es...

For me, it seems like the longer the deadline was from that day, the quicker I would forget about the assignment, thinking "I can do that later". Eventually, when I did remember (mostly the night before, but more often it was when the teacher asked us to turn it in :) ), I'd usually have ...

I think, when trying to pathologize it (which I still disagree with,) people aren't really getting the root of the "problem." Everything stems from difficulty with schoolwork. Depression, anxiety, difficulties with parents, peers, or teachers etc. all come from the importance placed on gra...

The article may very well be about a prohibitive mental disorder. I think a major argument you're missing (I don't mean to sound condescending) is that society as a whole reacts to such behavior as you did, dismissive. Perhaps it's a disorder that hasn't been 'discovered' (I don't know what term is...
