Re: "Good Morning" discussion

When I'm in classes, I drift around so much. I think I spend most of my days on mountain time. Vacations are about 2 time zones west of that. But right now I have a job, so I'm stuck back here on Boston time. Earlier this year, I traveled to Germany, and for about the first two weeks after I returne...

My laptop is what makes some of my college classes bearable. You know, the ones where the professor does nothing during lecture but read out of the textbook (which does a better job of explaining the material anyway).

This is funny, you see, because SOMEONE at the meet up was saying to me something about if Randall is a non-drinker, and refering to the fact that they couldn't recall him discussing alcohol in any of his comics. I found this to be utterly insucficent evidence. Perhaps he just realized how cliche a...

Advice: The only one responsible for your happiness is yourself. If things aren't going well, do something about it, because you can't expect anyone else to. Friends are great for support, but it's not their job. You have to make the changes. I have known several people in my life who seem to act on...

Yes! Totally brings back memories of those dishes they had at the science museum where you could whisper into one and someone else would be able to hear it at the other dish, even though they were several yards apart. I found those things so much fun. Now I know how to put them to use as an adult!

I'd also like to stress the value of sitting in the front of class. The front is where the other smart kids sit, so you'll be making friends with (hopefully) like-minded people.
