Re: The most beautiful animation you've ever seen?

For American animation I really like the animation styles of pixar movies (most notably Wall-E and UP) and I really like the gritty style of Invader Zim, The Boondocks also have beautiful fight sequences (I've heard that it is animated by the same studio that did the last airbender) that are fun to ...

Re: Asploding the mind readers' heads

In the vein of http://xkcd.com/525/: So what's your annoying, irritating pop song of choice to play in your head in a loop every time you start suspecting someone's reading your mind? Lately, it's been the Beyonce single "Single Ladies." I've definitely used the classic "Milk and Cer...

Re: Titan A.E.

Got a free dvd copy of this movie when I purchased Xmen 2 at my local K-mart as part of a special that the store was having. Didn't watch the movie for a while, the synopsis didn't really sound to interesting, but when I did I loved it! I found the story so interesting and the visual were great and ...

Re: Digimon: The Movie

I think I still have this movie on vhs somewhere, I'll have to try and find it (as well as a vhs player). Also, didn't the movie have an Angela Anaconda short at the beginning? I seem to remember there being one but it could just be my memory playing tricks on me.

Re: What game caused your RRoD?

I was really annoyed when mine red ringed, because it was the first day of my school holidays and I had just purchased Mass Effect. I came home with my copy of ME, turned on my 360 and decided to watch some Futurama while having a snack before I started playing ME and halfway through one of the epis...

Re: Games from your childhood

The school computers had Age of Empires installed on them so most of my school days were spent playing against friends. It would get really competitive to the point where I would practice at home just so I could think up new strategies to use at school.

Re: Good Anime/Cartoon Parodies

As is Sealab 2021, which shows the cast of Sealab 2020 a year later, doing anything but what they were originally assigned to do. Oh yes, Sealab 2021 is a very funny show, one of my favourite adult swim series. I should also mention Harvey Birdman:Attorney at law another adult swim series which is ...

Re: INTRO THREAD THE THIRD

Hi Phill with two L and hi Karl with one L 8) Phill, why do you prefer B-grade zombie movies over A-grade zombie movies? Karl, based on what do you choose your languages to learn? And where do you live? I just love the tongue-in-cheek style that a lot of b grade zombie films adopt, that isn't to sa...

Re: Good Anime/Cartoon Parodies

TFS Dragon Ball Z TAS is one of the best redubs/abridge series I have seen.

Also worth mentioning is the Venture Brothers. It is a cartoon parodying those old adventure cartoons where the father is a super scientist and his sons go on crazy adventures.
