Because the baby actually rips the tail off usually within an hour of being born. The tail is usually the child's first meal. A quick search said that you have to cook quinoa flakes for about 90 seconds to eat them like cereal. Apparently you can also get quinoa pasta and flour aswell.

Uhhhh... no. You can't do deadlifts after squats and expect to see gains in your deadlifts, and you can't squat every day I would disagree. Wouldn't it be better just to play badminton? Otherwise I wouldn't try and tailor your workout to be specific to badminton, I would just try another sport/exercise. You need to eat protein after exercise aswell. The most convenient way is a shake but it can be anything like chicken or tuna. Eating protein afterwards prevents muscle breaking down; the more muscle you have, the higher your metabolism= more calories burnt at rest.

It seems like your reaction speed is lacking. What kind of drills do you do? Because you'd be faster at performing certain techniques in certain situations if that's what you've been practicing, like conditioned reflexes.
