Re: 1811: "Best-Tasting Colors"

Wow. I just disagree WITH ALL OF IT. Especially the fruit would always be over sugar compounds any time. And not because it's healthy but because I like the taste of it MUCH better. It should be fresh from the plant and taken when ripe of course. Accept for Grapes. I hate Grapes. And Lemon over Popc...

Re: 1544: "Margaret"

Death is an experience you have to go through because its part of the human existance. This is a problem we need to put a high priority on fixing. The 'Human Condition' sucks, and we shouldn't put up with it. There is actually quite a number of people that make me think they allready figured out ho...

Re: 1544: "Margaret"

This comic is actually so sad it made me shed a tear or two. Its not easy not to be mad when you lose somebody important to you. But over here they say when god closes a door he opens a window and I found this to be true. Remember - if there is shadow there must be light. Death is an experience you ...

I second dlbruzzone's questions. How could you leave pressure out of the equation? Could we please get an answer 2.0 to this highly interesting subject?!

Re: 1432: "The Sake of Argument"

This comic seams to undervaluate the importance of contrapositioning. In occasions it's helpful to discuss a subject even if it appears that all the facts are cleared - as this discussion may make flaws in your argumentation visible you otherwise would not have been aware of and therefore help to st...

Re: 1262: "Unquote"

Not every popular and/or widely known book or film today is widely quoted so we wouldn't expect them to become widely quoted in future... THAT is the point. There are few cuotes from ... let's say Pirates of the Caribean. (I had E.T. first but than I remembered "Call Home"...) Especially ...

Eurgh. Sorry, but you've given me a mental picture of the quotes being written on some kind of waterproof material and stored in the cheeks between transfers. Sounds like some kind of teenage party game or hazing ritual... Sorry 'bout that. I'm not a natural english speaker. Still an idea fo...

Re: 1262: "Unquote"

Even if you're too unimaginative to think of the many reasons we might no longer know Star Wars quotes in a couple centuries.... Consider the use of 'Even if you can't imagine....'. 'Too unimaginative' implies that you think that I am short of something. And I can easily imagine sufficient knowlegd...

Re: 1262: "Unquote"

You wonder for how long "The Star Wars Trilogy" is going to be quoted???? Think about "Mea culpa" and that was just something a builder said after he dropped a hammer on his colleagues food. Or think about "Et tu, Brute".The one who said that actually died in the act an...
