Compliment the Enemy

Say something good about our least favorite OS.
(For mental health.)

Mac is a superb platform for graphic manipulation and artists; it makes the computer speak human instead of the human having to speak computer.

(That hurt, but I think I'm better for it.)

Re: Distro Whores...I mean Distro Wars!

I use Ubuntu, mainly because Randall recommended it, and it's the most visible. It seems to be fairly forgiving, but the only other distro I have experience with is OpenSUSE, which left a taste of bile in my mouth. So what is the main difference between distro's? What is the most different from *bun...

I am blessed that in Waco there are one and a half good game stores. Not chains. Stores. There are exactly one of them, and one of them will gladly talk with you on a slow day if you are reasonably intelligent, and sweep you out the door if one of those evaluates false.

Well, when I say I bench 25, that doesn't mean that I max out there. I set the machine to 25 and do lots of little lifts- about 30 a minute for 2 minutes. Ah, but assuming the platform is in atmosphere (and the squirrel appears to be alive), then that much heat would leak around the sides by conduction.
Which brings us to another problem: convection air currents destabilizing the squirrel.
