Re: Georgia Law-Maker's Bill May Punish Miscarriages

Yet another proposal in the recent string of bills that basically make it a capital offense to not have seventy bajillion kids or to protect women's and reproductive rights. I mean, the defunding of Planned Parenthood, redefining rape, all of this is so not cool on so many levels. I understand that ...

Re: What themes dominate the bulk of your dreams?

A lot of mine involve going to a mall. It's often the same one, but my local mall is nowhere near big enough, and I have yet to go to a mall that's anything close to the one in my dream. If it's the morning before something important, i.e. the first day of school, an exam or vacation, I'll usually d...

Re: Instruments you wish you played

Something more interesting than percussion. I like the variety, but hitting things with sticks gets a little boring sometimes.

Ideally, an obscure variation of a common instrument. I have a thing for lower instruments, so maybe a flute d'amour or a bass recorder, or something of the like.

Yeah, we use the https trick for Facebook in journalism all the time (that's how we get a lot of our work done).

Though apparently the censorship software also blocks The Onion, says it's "R-rated."
