Pulled a personal best (according to Nike+) during my Valley Park run today.

21'02" over 4.51km (4'40" pace).

...and brought my best mile time down to 7'05".

I really believe there was an even better time in me; although, I was stitching intensely during the last 500 metres or so.

Pulled a best today at a 4'52" pace over 4.45 km according to my Nike+ wristband and a 4'53" pace over 4.44 km according to the Nike.com website displayed uploaded data... so does that mean that the wristbands display drops fractions and the web site rounds?

Consider linking check boxes with their labels via the HTML label element, in the settings dialogue or any other areas that contain check boxes with labels... makes check box toggling simpler.

My best run at the minute, according to Nike+, is on a ~4.43 km undulating track in 21'57" at a 4'57" pace that must become a 4'00" pace eventually.

I'm not sure how much my version of intervals actually qualifies as intervals; however, I just (try hard to) keep pace at inclines and run an undulating track.

oh, and I run a 4.5 km undulating track at a 5:00 pace working toward a target of 4:00.
