Here it is.

This ain't bad, but we need the autotune version that follows the tune of the original. Otherwise it wouldn't take all that much time.

I'm still liking my idea of some type of Mount Rushmore-type monument. Once we see what it is, I suspect we'll retroactively proclaim a new period.

Re: birdwatchers

campboy, we discussed that scenario. Gopher of Pern proposed it, and I don't think it provides as much redundancy as you might think. In each generation, you have a p^2 chance that both will not call anyone. For p=20%, that means you have a 4% chance that neither makes the call. Sound acceptable? Ma...

Third, let's just obfuscate this a little more: You are excited by the proprietor's response that there is a...

Re: birdwatchers

Assuming a perfect case where no one is a deadbeat and we know in advance who will spot the bird, the fastest way to contact everyone would be a simple tree. So we need to find a way to replicate that while duplicating as few calls as possible. Additionally, as the calls progress, the best scenario ...

Re: Copyright Law and how it kills innovation and creativity

Essentially this. If there weren't copyright laws then every time you created something someone else could steal your creation. You wouldn't get the benefit from your innovation. Even worse would be the fact that large companies could produce more of your product at a decreased cost. The better, sm...
