Problem A) Why would we give zombies rights? Depending on your "version", they are either a) very, very, sick mommies and daddies, or b) completely re-animated corpses. If the latter, it is obvious that they would have no rights. They would be walking flesh with strange personality quirks....

I find this show to be delightful. To be sure, it's the only thing I can stand to watch on the Disney Channel.
It knows not to take itself seriously, work within its constraints, and have a dang good time.
