Depends on what you place as "safe" to drink but you could make a 0.01% solution (well away from msds limits) and it would be a light shade of pink. I'll see if I can find/make some pics later but with just one crystal (1mm x 1mm) you'll get a visible coloration in 100ml of liquid. On my o...
