GNU date interpreting input date in local and outputting UTC? For a while now, I've been using ISO-8601 whenever possible, including when writing checks, signing contracts, filling out government forms (unless the form says MM/DD/YY—I'm in the USA) and nobody has mentioned it, nothing has taken longer to process, etc. any explanation on 1330300800?
