I remember being worried about Al Gore, because he lost and I liked him.

It's to prevent people from increasing their view count by refreshing constantly (or other similar unfair means)
at 300+ views youtube puts the counter at pause and starts seeing whether or not all those hits are from unique sources or not.
It usually starts updating again after a few hours.

I agree completely. I do, however, think that the ending of the second season was done pretty well. When Saito attacks the army of seven thousand alone to give Zero time to prepare her spell, and dies in the process. I thought it was a good way to end the series, it felt very finished at that point....

I was just looking trough the Anime winter 2011/12 chart and seeing there, to my delight, Zero no Tsukaima (familiar of Zero) season 4. Finally.

Couldn't help but notice, though, that Louise (Zero no Tsukaima) looks an awful lot like Index (Toaru majutsu no Index).
