This is unquestionably true, although I'd put the peak at significantly higher BAC, like, .22 or .24.

I couldn't come up with a real proof, but the answer is zero. Both the rationals and the reals are infinite sets, so, you're looking at an infinity/infinity thing. Debating a creationist

The alt text for this comic really hit home for me. I got into that debate with an a college grad (only undergrad, but still). A biology major, nonetheless.
