I like Michael Moore stuff, except for Fahrenheit 9/11, which was aimless.

I loved The Secret Rulers of the World by Jon Ronson, a series of Tv docs. And anything by John Pilger is well worth watching.

The Corporation may be my favourite documentary.

Why Britain is flooding (if you are a NUTTER)

Meterologists say it's due to La Niña , but the Bishop of Carlisle knows differently. The possibly completely mad Graham Dow blames gay people, mostly . One diocesan bishop has even claimed that laws that have undermined marriage, including the introduction of pro-gay legislation, have provoked God...

By actually providing arguments in favour of our opinions, or supporting evidence. Rather than just reeling off a list of slurs. When you say something as contentious as saying Clinton is responsible for 9/11, kills cats, and sexually harasses people, its best if you can back it up.

Malcolm Reynolds

As for the Star Trek captains, I'm assuming the bias toward Picard (the English-accented, Earl Grey tea-drinking Frenchman?) is due to the youth of most people on the boards. There really is no other explanation for such a wrong result.

The 2000 acre mushroom.

It's the biggest living thing in the world!

This most recent find was estimated to cover over 2,200 acres (890 hectares) and be at least 2,400 years old, possibly older.

This is amazing. And its edible, too (though the article author says he doesn't care for mushrooms).
