Attempted Extortion through Fake Collar Bomb

Man straps fake bomb to 18 year old, attaches instructions A very odd case, reminiscent of Saw or some similar pulp. A man broke in, strapped a fake bomb to her and left a whole lot of instructions in a note. It's still unclear about what the instructions were, who he was or indeed what the nature ...

We do, on a daily basis, pay hugely inflated prices for imported goods. It's almost always cheaper to buy overseas and ship it myself, especially with the high dollar.

Re: Mac OS X Lion is out today

Generally speed is the biggest factor of the upgrade from HDD to SSD. For a mobile device, the reduced heat, lack of mechanical parts (harder to break), and marginally lower power consumption are definitely bonuses though. True - I meant from the perspective of a MacBook. How long till we're all on...

Australia's conservatism can be so tiring.
I have not seen a single cohesive argument against this rating.
Also, it could be argued that such a rating would be GOOD for the children.

Edit: I wish my childhood was more like the Thunderdome.

dumb things. There's more to this story than just screen resolution, though. The Airs use TN panels, while the Pros use IPS. I'm guessing Apple hasn't been able to source a higher-resolution 13.3" IPS panel for the Pro, which is unfortunate, but for the kind of people who care about that sort ...

This is an issue with modern operating systems (and personal computers in general). I really wish the 13" Pro would get the nice screen the 13" Air has. I really shouldn't have to choose between optical drives and a better screen, especially since the Pro is still more expensive. Also, an SSD would never do for me unless I've got two drives. I fill up hard drives too fas...

Emotional input or blues musicians to steal it from. What's the difference? I really disagree with this contention. Many make it and it sort of annoys me - Western music has the seven natural notes (A to G) plus the accidentals (5 in the chromatic scale). That is a hugely limited area to compose fr...
