If you want to swim, check what time the pool is less crowded and try to get some time to go then. Also, mixing sports should be good, like going around on a bike and then swimming and throw a bit basketball.

Hmm, I rememeber a girl who worked with me who had this problem and she even went through some major surgery to have some glands removed because they were causing this.
I mean, I don't know if your case is that bad or how exactly this surgery was, but I would definitely check with the doctor.

In Arabic, there is no verb for "is" unless it is past or future, what they do, they just remove it. Actually. it is quite easy to understand. Take some text and remove every present form of the verb to be, you still get the meaning.
