BBC does seem to ship their seasonals earlier than most, maybe because of the massive distribution. It works around here for the spring offering, since late february is about when spring (weather-wise) starts. I guess it could also be to ensure that the stock gets out to all the accounts by the star...

Of Avery's unholy trinity, Meph. is by far the least approachable unless it has a hyear or two of age on it. Black and tans with WWS and 120min are dangerous but a fun novelty. Obviously not cheap. Founders is going to be releasing bottles of Canadian Breakfast Stout sometime soon. It's tasty stuff, but there's way too much hype around it. I still have a bottle of the 08 BCS... N0gne 0 is good, as is Haandbryggeriet, but I think Dark Force is a bit overrated. Just came from a beer dinner with Sillwater and Evil Twin (Jeppe from Olbuttikken/Brother to Mikkller)... So good. Plus Blåbær made a surprise appearance.
