Re: Would you rather....

I'd take the night vision. The sacrifice would be worth it.

Would your ideal world be without both mimes and salmon, or with both religious fundamentalists and Terry Pratchett?

Re: Political Compass

I scored +.50/+.67. I believe this test is flawed, as I am one of the more fiscally conservative/socially libertarian people I know.

Re: Song Lyrics

So, so you think you can tell heaven from hell, blue skies from pain. Can you tell a green field from a cold steel rail, a smile from a veil, Do you think you can tell? Did they get you to trade your heroes for ghosts, hot ashes for trees, hot air for a cool breeze, Cold comfort for change? Did you ...

Re: Favorite Sad Song

My absolute favorite would be Brave Saint Saturn's "Gloria." It's beautiful. Wish you were here by Pink Floyd would be a very close second. And finally, an almost unknown song called "Part of Me." It was written by one of my close friends, and, while simple, it speaks to the heart.

I just got into Abney Park, both for the look and the sound.

I also enjoy an artist by the name of Ari Herstand. He's like a one-man ska band.

Re: Confessional Thread - Nobody expects the mouldy inquisition!

I once believed I loved a girl, but I didn't know so I decided to think about it. After I thought for a while, I decided that I didn't love her, but I wanted to be in love with her. This still didn't seem right, so I took some more time to think. Now I realize (or think I realize) that I don't even ...

Re: POST HERE FIRST - INTRO THREAD THE THIRD

Hey everyone. I've been reading xkcd for a while now, and I feel obligated to finally register on the forums. I'll try to use proper maths and grammer, especially when other people are watching. More of me will come out in my posts. Just hold on for a while. I'm McCaber. You should have figured that...
