It's hard to tell from the picture: are the leaves symmetrical or no? Asymmetric, cordate leaves would suggest begonia.

It'll be hard to do better than that without a flower.

Aren't Skype and Slack proprietary though? This seems to be acting like switching to them is progress in some way, but I don't see what would be better about skype or slack?
