Both happened last week. The first one was on monday. The teacher came in with a box of apple juice, and someone asked "Why do you have so much juice?" I shouted "THAT'S WHAT SHE SAID!!" and everybody laughed. then, on friday last class (math) everybody (including the teacher) wa...

I have done 2 "weird" essays, both for english. The first one was "George W. Bush, Political Satire, And The Inherently Nonexistent Problems Associated Thereof" The teacher made me choose between two A+'s, or three A's. I chose the 3As. The next one was "The 10 Worst Video G...

So, you have to choose betw...

Re: Who likes BREAD?

I think the food I like the most is bread. Sure, if I have a delicious meal, like Swiss fondue (which includes bread) with lasagna (a type of bread) with good meat, and chamorro (I don't know how it's said in english-it's a cow's knee and the meat around it), I'll like them more than bread. But I wo...

Re: TI-BASIC Help

No, it works perfectly. here's an example: round(A/10^(round(log(A),0)),2)*10^(round(log(A),0)) let's say A=1.194098503E37. 1- so, first, it takes the log of A. log(A)=37.077... 2- then it rounds it to 0 d.p. we have now 37. 3- then it divides A by 10^37, leaving 1.194...E0. 4- it then rounds that t...

Re: TI-BASIC Help

Yes, it worked, and, what you said, won't. I haven't tried it, but you didn't specify how many d.p. in the round() function, and, what is log(A,10) supposed to mean? is it log base 10? because log by itself is log base 10 in my calculator.

TI-BASIC Help

Hi, I've got a problem and hope some of you can help. Some friends asked me to make a game for the TI-84 Plus (And pay me, that's why I'm doing it). So, Here's the problem: I simply want to round the score, but it is usually a very large one, from some 1E30 to 1E50, and I want to round it from, say,...

About a week ago, my "advanced" english class was doing a debate on gay adoption rights. I was on the for side, but no one in my team wanted to speak, as the whole school was watching, whereas the against side was winning. I alone drove my team to winning, my greatest achievement in school...
