Re: 1372: "Smartwatches"

Alt-Text: This is even better than my previous smartphone casemod: an old Western Electric Model 2500 desk phone handset complete with a frayed, torn-off cord dangling from it. I seriously want to mod my phone to look like this, but I'm lazy and I'd have to fix my cracked screen first. Also, I don'...

I'm like 99.8% sure this is the prank, yes.

Re: 1311: "2014"

The randomly alternating text colors are pointless and are pissing me off. The gray text is hard to read, especially the smaller gray text. Next he's gonna start doing this in every comic, coloring every important noun and punchline a bright color, like a fucking Nintendo game. And I'm gonna find ou...

Re: 1305: "Undocumented Feature"

I feel obliged to pop in and state the obvious: this board does not actually exist. If it did, it would be overflowing with the unseemly. Surely? Yep, when the link was removed, this forum became an undocumented feature. The link was just moved, not removed. As someone else said already, it's linke...

Re: 1305: "Undocumented Feature"

I've been playing the same MUD for fourteen years, have been a developer on it for nine, and have been the effective administrator of it for the last year since the actual admin gave me root privs and quit. This comic is basically the story of my life. Though, the MUD is also still being developed a...

I don't really know what this comic is about, but I'm like 80% sure it's related to Will It Blend?

Re: 1213: "Combination Vision"

I don't have synesthesia but I could still immediately see the 2. Weird. I guess the combination of having different numbers than the background area and also being a different density made it obvious enough. The 4 I couldn't see until I knew it was there, I think because the numbers making it up we...

Squaresoft MUD

Hey guys, this is basically me telling people who like old Squaresoft games that I think they should try an amateur game, I hope that's cool. The rules didn't say anything against advertising, and online games are more fun when more people are playing them, so here I am. Parts of this are from the g...

This comic is brilliant because it is so subtle. Randall is a genius, and you are all uncultured fools for not getting the reference.

Re: "Piano" Discussion

Although I recognized the wordplay almost immediately, the exact wording of the joke did not occur to me until reading the forums. I imagined that he asked for a "tiny pianist." Which made the woman's question in the last panel somewhat... confusing!
